Lify Innovations provides digital agency services including, but not limited to, website development, WordPress development, GoHighLevel CRM setup, n8n automation, AI agents, Shopify and Wix development, and related consulting.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each project will be defined in a separate proposal, quote, or statement of work agreed upon between you and us before work begins.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• A deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion or per an agreed milestone schedule.
• Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of work.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.

To help us deliver your project successfully, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely content, assets, credentials, and feedback.
• Respond to requests for approval or information within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure you have the necessary rights to any materials you provide to us for use in your project.

Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect project timelines and costs.

The number of revisions included is defined in your project proposal. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope ("scope creep") may be subject to additional charges. Deliverables are considered accepted if no feedback is received within the agreed review period.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for your project transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, code libraries, frameworks, and methodologies used to create the deliverables. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Our services may involve third-party platforms, plugins, APIs, or subscriptions (such as GoHighLevel, hosting providers, or AI providers). You are responsible for any fees associated with such third-party services. We are not liable for changes, outages, or discontinuation of third-party services outside our control.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific business results will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lify Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a project or engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
